What is the best flatband setup for 7/16 steel balls?

I shoot tube band, now I want to try some flatband.

just wonder, what is the best flatband setup for 7/16 steel balls?

Perry from A+ Slingshots makes some slingshots that are great for large ammo. He even makes his pouches bigger than average for shooting rocks. His tube set ups are nice and strong (not the whimmpy little Chinese tubes) for use with larger ammo such as 7/16 and 1/2. I have the Kit Fox and love the way it shoots not to mention that it is a thing of beauty.

The3/4 theraband around 7 in is good, but also I use 1745's a lot for about everything, different lengths doubled, just experiment, that's more fun anyway.
1745 is great for the really heavy stuff, but for me, I get the same or slightly better performance from 2040 loops up to 1/2 lead. That may be more a reflection on my aging muscles than the rubber, though.
