I know that they're more toys than weapons, but one of the other things that I do is make marshmallow guns out of pvc. A few have been pneumatically powered and have shot bigger marshmallows, but most are glorified blowguns for launching mini marshmallows. The most recent creations are:

The first one accepts a tubular magazine that holds 20 or so marshmallows and lets you shoot full-auto. It will be painted this weekend. The second one is a single shot and is now painted with black bed liner paint. If anybody is interested, I'll post painted pictures.

Hey man, very nice. I like you magazine idea.

Please do post pics.

I make a lot of PVC creations myself, although designed to operate at much higher pressures :)

I can't see the first picture. Making things from PVC has always interested me, but I have never gotten round to it...

Here they are with a little paint on them:

The next will be another SBR with a magazine and a side mouth tube. That will let me fabricate a faux optic to go up top. Maybe something that looks like a 1-4x24mm scope.

Shawn,

I have never played with one of those. Do they shoot far? I am thinking indoor paintball, but with marshmallows.

Those look pretty neat.

I've made a couple of nerf dart shooters out of PVC, but I don't have them anymore.

The magazine is the 1/2"tube sticking out of the right side of the camouflage gun. To use it, you pull it off the gun and drop 15-20 marshmallows into it. Put it back on the gun. To shoot the marshmallows in the magazine, tilt the gun to the left and gravity will feed the marshmallows. It seems like every other mm gun I've seen that uses a magazine had it sticking straight up. I like being able to single load my marshmallows and have the magazine available when I need a salvo.

Here is the SBR with magazine and side mouth tube. It also has a vertical foregrip and faux 1-4x24mm scope. It was made as a favor for my brother, so this picture is all I have of it. I'm going to build another pair of them like this.

wanab-bowyer, I don't have any diagrams. I usually just start cutting and gluing and keep going until I'm happy. I made one this week and put a laser from a cheap airsoft pistol on it.

What is the receiver made of? I can see the pvc pipe for the stock, pistol grip, barrel, etc. But I can't figure what you made the receiver from.

The receiver is made out of drain channel from Lowe's. It comes in a 5 foot length for $12 and I use 1 foot on each mm gun. I cut the bottom away and have been using the offcuts to make the scope mounts.
