The 5/8 marbles weight about the same as 3/8 steel (but I never actually weighed). Skit, you'd like the ergo-12 for sure.

Skit, that ergo-12 used to be my "Mighty Oak"
I got 224 shots on the bands, shooting 5/8 marbles almost exclusively. Thanks for compliment. Reason I named it ergo-12 is that you can actually shoot comfortably in 12 different grips!

Skit, got your slingshot in the mail today. She's a beauty! I ordered a set of "Gold Winner" bands from A+ Slingshots (Perry),just for the Skit2. They should be here by tomorrow.

Okay, I almost ordered from Reef, but 10 feet of what I bought would have been $8.50. The same size at McMaster-Carr cost $9.40. But here is the rub: Reef wanted another $8.50 for shipping! Total Cost = $17
McMaster only charged $4.50 for shipping, total = $13.90. And I got the tubes in 2 days.
