From my experience with 2-part epoxies I would think that the finished product would have unpredictable strength. That is to say it might be very strong in some spots and very weak in others.
Not to mention that it might not be suitable for something as thick as a slingshot frame. Might note cure all the way through.

You can make it out of epoxy putty if you make a "skeleton frame" to form it on out of 60d nails.

if you mix it well it should have the same strength all over.epoxy putty does not cure with air so it does not matter how thick it is.

not tried it to make a full frame but have used it to make hand holds/custom grips it's two different colours so you just mix it till it's one colour comes as a sausage shape good value at a pound £1 english when done and set you just spray it good stuff

Hey Vibe, one of the most famous slingshots ever was formed using an Epoxy Resin. It was the awesome "Boler Slingshot". I have an original and it was the inspiration for my Ergo. It would take tubes or flats, came in left hand or right hand models and was very comfortable and solid. One of the real good designs. Flatband

isnt epoxy resin a liquid before cured? epoxy putty is solid before cured.
