Which width of blade for a rotary cutter is best to cut TBG with? 60mm, 45mm, or 28mm blade?

The bigger your roll cutter the easier it rolls over and cuts through your material. Please note that the bigger blades need a little more care and attention in order to prevent them from rolling on to your ruler.

I have both the 28mm and the 45mm and I like the bigger one a lot better. I haven't had the chance to try a 60mm yet.

45mm is my size I stick to, I think 28mm tends to be easier to wiggle off line and same haven't tried 60mm

Besides my Ingento guillotine cutter, I sometimes bring out my 60 mm rotary cutter. I like the way she slices real thin latex. Go with the 60mm- can't beat it.

I have used 28mm and 45mm and for me it's the 45mm every time, have not tried a 60mm
