Glad you all are getting your jigs safe n sound and putting them to good use!
I see you are noticing the structural packaging upgrades as well :) Funny you guys are calling them paint sticks/stirrers. I've been calling them bend resistant longitudinal support wands. ;) Toolshed, to answer your question, the giraffe weevil is a weird insect! Small and weird. A lot like myself. ;) It's been a bug favorite of mine for a long time. I even have a couple mounted specimens to admire over at the bookcase. Hope you all have a good one!
(A quick reminder- when cutting bands, support your jig with your fingers splayed along the wide part of the jig not the narrow side)

I still need to order the longer version. Need to wait until a few more business trips come up so I can have some extra spending cash.

I saw this jig a year or so ago and made a similar one, I never posted it. Ditto on it being a dream for band cutting! I greatly encourage the purchase of this jig.

Got it!!

I wish I would have purchased one a long time ago. Easy to use and does the job.

It even made me feel smarter while I was using it. Every pouch pincher needs one of these!

Thanks Btoon

Received mine on friday I couldn't be happier with. Unfortunately I didn't not have any theraband to test it with. I did however find a use for it, cutting a straight line on some PVC material lip for the front of my catchbox and wow did it cut straight.

Thanks to Btoon I saved a nice chunk of change not buying a Truecut ruler and rotary. This does the job just perfect.

Thanks.

So awesome worth every penny. I can cut a dozen sets in 5 or so minutes perfect cut every single time.

What I did to help it was add a small piece of Theraband to keep it from sliding around.

Bought one of these about 5 minutes after I ran my rotary cutter on top of a ruler almost destroying the edge of the cutter.

VERY easy to use and the frustration save is SO WORTH IT!!!!

Just sent payment and PM for one. Hope I'm not too late. I killed a cutter blade on my steel ruler last night. Darn :(

If you make more than one bandset at a time Btoons seems much better.

It seems they have the wrong picture up for the commercial one. There is no groove in it.
