What can I say, these jigs are awesome! They make cutting one's own bands extremely simple. The quality is excellent and you simply can't beat the price. I highly recommend this jig to anyone interested in cutting their own bands.

I picked up a 13.5" model at the ECST and it's fantastic! Even for someone like me who generally hates cutting bands :lol:

You can use the jig for cutting tubes as well.  At least you will that the ends are straight  :neener:  :rofl:

Btoon already sent me a PM some time back and I asked for 18" clear and a slightly longer end so I wouldn't accidently cut through it. I think he is working on something secret. I wondered if it would be a problem given the current thickness of plexiglass used. Such a long unsupported slot might require thicker material.

I cut 13" and lose a rough inch to the rest of the set-up (tying pouch and fork attachment)

I can't wait until the next batch of these are done!  I just got my FIRST rotary knife last week and OH SOMEONE"S DIETY I Never knew what I was missing!!!

However, OOPS, I used a super thin ruler on one cut and the blade crept up ON the ruler and dinged about a quarter inch of the blade....I was able to get that back in line with my Arkansas stone, but....

Man, I REALLLLLLLLLY need one of these!!!

Alright folks! I have more jigs again!!!! :banana: INCLUDING the New Extended Edition! Thank you all for your patience in waiting for these to be made!

If you want to cut slingshot bands easy, these are for you! (Pics and Video at beginning of post)

13" jigs are $20ea (includes FREE SHIPPING to USA) $13 shipping overseas

18" jigs are $29ea plus $5 shipping to USA. $14 shipping overseas.

PM me if you're interested!

I've made these new jigs with some thicker acrylic! :) Now using .093 thickness as opposed to .08 The imporved thickness will add strength to the jig. I've also added .25in to the end of the jig after the radius of the teardrop. Adding a bit more material here strengthens the end of the jig.

The new 18" jigs are perfect for those with a long draw. (Starship and Butterfly shooters these are for you)

Because I can only fit a few of these longer jigs onto a sheet of acrylic, the 18's are not as economical as the 13's. So they are a tiny bit extra $.

~~~~The 18" jigs are of very limited quantity. Get em' while you can.~~~~~
Thanks for the interest in these jigs :)
I love mine. You cant get much easier than this jig. I have to say that I am itching to see about this thicker batch. Seems like you have improved on an already great jig. Sweet deal Btoon!
Just got the monster 18" jig today.  That gives me the complete set of 3  :rofl: .  I'm one happy, full butterfly, 60" draw guy!!
Brandon...Thank you very much!!!
The only way this could be better would be if you made custom templates for tapers (hint hint).
Todd
Oh yea...love the packaging.  I'm sure I'll get in trouble with that huge paint stir stick  :D .
