Greetings Slingsters!

I wanted to make my band jigs more available to you all. I will not be acting as Moderator during this time in order to provide the most unbiased service and opinion of my products. The last thing I would want is to be perceived as unfair as a Mod or to have special privileges. So with that said, here's to being a Vendor for while! :)

I have been selling a jig here and there throughout my time here but it is my wish to make these jigs more available to the members of this forum. To think.... there are some of you cutting bands without this jig.... ;) I just want to tell more of you about it, without pushing the limits of what would be appropriate as a Moderator.

I appreciate all of the people who have purchased a band jig from me in the past. If it wasn't for you all, I would not be in the position to offer them such as this, so thank you all.

Quick video demonstrating ease and effectiveness

Btoon Band Jigs (BBJ's) are laser cut from durable .093 clear acrylic. (Not likely to break with normal use) (Does not fold up ;))

13" or 18" active cut length. (cut bands accurately, no more razor wobble)

BBJ's are designed with teardrop entry point to guide rotary razor directly into cut line.

BBJ's ship to you using recycled materials.
(I cut old cardboard boxes up and sandwich your jig in between two lengths of stiff cardboard and send first class mail)

Wow!!!!

What's this then?? :D Looks AWESOME, my friend!!

Great idea about the teardrop entry to the rotary cutter blade! What's the thickness of the jigs??

And the "bicho" logo looks cool!! Very nice touch!!!

I like it very much!!!

Cheers ...Q

Hey QMan! Glad you like! The thickness is .080in (convert that ya bum!) ;) I'm glad you like my bicho bug lol, to be honest, I thought about leaving it out... as it is technically a few seconds more laser time.... lending itself towards possible savings..yadda yadda.. but a good friend convinced me it was important to have ;) So here we are!

I have a Btoon Band Jig and love it. Cutting precision taper bands is so much easier. The jig keeps the roller cutter from wandering. I don't mind cutting bands anymore with this jig. A must have item for any slingshot enthusiast.

Mr. Btoon, glad to have you back.  I never cut a band without my Btoon jig.  They are the best investment one can make in this hobby.  I have 2 of them, the original size and the 13" one.  If you ever decide to make a larger one for us long draw shooters, put me on the top of the list.

Thanks for making such a great product.

Todd

These jigs are 15" total in length. They have a laser cut straight line that is 13"long. It guides your rotary razor in a nice straight line while you slice your bands. They are one size fits all. Hope that helps.

How cool is that? The idea with the teardrop entry is awesome! You can even mark your favourite bandsize / taper with a waterproof pen on the surface.
