Do you know of any southbay archery ranges?
I go to one near steven's creek reservoir, off of steven's canyon. It's a free outdoor range, but i loose too much and sunlight this time of year is right in the eyes... i need somewhere new to go. I'm not getting enough practice.
we should definitely try and organize something...
as for archery ranges in the south bay, there are a few others.. i have been shooting at Steven's Creek/Bowhunters Unlimited for many years now.. we love it..
www.bhuarchers.org there is also a range outside of Gilroy in Mt. Madonna county park.. it's huge, and also isn't all that great.. though a bit far, one of our favorite ranges is the SF archers range ,in Pacifica.. www.sfarchers.com it's really nice.. there is the Diablo Bowmen too, which have a range on the eastside of Mt. Diablo..

there is a gorgeous range here in Santa Cruz, located in DeLaveaga park, but the gates are only open on the weekends.. you can park near the golf course above it and walk down..
drop me a line if you ever make it over this side of the hill.. i have a small 17 yard archery and slingshot range, in my backyard..
