looks good! quite unusual to start a natural career with antler, i think.

That is a beautiful piece of stag. You did a super job working with it.
My son is taking the firearms safety course and then the hunter version.
I have hope of getting a piece someday. :)

agreed! I've cut some forks, but they need to dry. I have an assortment of antler that I use for making knife handles, so, I used what I have available. Unweathered antler is almost indestructable.
