Has anyone thought of or used the top of a guitar stand as a slingshot if so can you post some pics if not I just thought I'd share an idea.

it can be done. its the same idea as making one out of the U shaped wall hangers that look like this
theres a post somewhere where someone made a slingshot out of these wall hangers . you can make one out the guitar holders . just dont over think it .
