Those are awesome, can I ask a couple of questions -
how thick were the boards you cut them from, and if you used a roundover bit on the edges, what size bit was it?

Thanks

I am still experimenting, with 1/4", 3/8", and 3/4" roundovers on differing thickness stock. You need to find what feels good to you.

I made three Chalice mockups on poplar and tried each to see what seemed best for me, at 3/4" to 1" thick the 3/8" felt good.

Blue:
I am actually doing the same. I have 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 bits and I usually try them out on a piece of scrap to see how it rounds the board before I cut into the SS. I kind of lean toward starting with the 1/4, I figure I can always move up to the others if I decide to. Those two you posted are great looking

The round over bit I used on those two acrylic ones was a 1/4 " (6.35mm), 20mm thick stock.

When using stock larger than 20mm, 1" etc, I usually pull out the 3/8" bit.
