wow, to be honest i dont like the look of it but i can see that it takes a lot of strain of the wrist and looks easier to aim with, and also it looks like you gain a extra couple of inches on your draw length? which is great for extra speed :) its a very well thought design nathan, 10/10

Well, the looks come second. Presently the functional aspects of the design are most important. Looks will follow, but it is very non-traditional so it will mostly likely never evoke or emulate the traditional slingshot.

Ouch my wallet is in pain. Would be nice to have a match for the bumblebee.

This can be arranged. As soon as I have finalized the design it will be available on a custom order basis.

Yep, if it relieves wrist pressure it is certainly easier to shoot. However, i am working towards a design that allows for a the forks to be upright/parallel to the shooter and still maintain inline wrist position. Much of my original inspiration has come from naturals.

After more R&D, creativity has once again thrown a monkey wrench into the previous iterations of the Hare Splitter, but in a very good way! The design is still oriented towards being and 'inline' design, but now has evolved to accommodate many shooting styles in one package. Stay tuned as the Hare Splitter concept matures.

I always saw, that those curves natural are comfortable to shoot. Now you made a design out of that fact. Very nice.
Starting to want to make one like that. Can I borrow this idea?

Here is a similar idea that I made back in 2005. I no longer have it as it is in a friends collection. -- Tex

It has some resemblance, though when you have the Hare Splitter in your hand the difference is tremendous. Really a whole different world.

Not knocking, only highlighting the Hare splitter is a different world.

I will have to say, without a doubt, that the "Hare Splitter" is the perfect platform. It fits so well it your hand and absolutely no wrist strain. It, of course, shoots better than I do.

Great idea to get the patent. No telling who or what might try and take it for them-selves!

Another fine job, by Nathan!

Nice looking shape on this one, although revolution or evolution. Evolution seems more fitting.

I believe, that, Hare Splitter, is most fitting. Once held and shot, in it's current Evolutionary form, One comes away, from the experience, with the vision of, one day, owning one, and, being able to do two things efficiently, "Split Hares" annnnnd. "Split Hairs"

Just My opinion!

A quick update on the status of the Hare Splitter.

The Hare Splitter is now available on custom order basis only. Each Hare Splitter is crafted specifically for the individual, accommodating shooting style and grip.

The model shown below was made for a shooter in Canada who holds the frame in his left hand and shoots horizontal or gangsta. He requested an OTT configuration.

This particular slingshot absolutely aligns the hand, eye, and bands without wrist strain or holding effort. It is a sort of hybridized hammergrip/fork support hold. Check out the video and pictures to better understand the slingshot.
