Tuck looped bands at tip?

Haven't tried that myself. Let us know how it holds up. The only problem I can see might be undue chafing where the band loops on itself at the fork.

By the way, that looks suspiciously like a Dankung Agile Toucan ...

Hi,

It is indeed an Agile Toucan.

I've knocked a set of normal loop bands to try, used the usual way. The first set I've done got weared out at the tip. The set of 2050 by Dankung broke at the pouch.

So as a compromise, I've tied a new set of bands an inch longer and tuck them at the tip. Not only the elastic is in double shear at the tip, so less wear (hope it doesn't chaff with itself). More likely now, it'll break at the pouch and therefore can be re-tied and use as a normal loop recovered for the inch tucked at the tip. I just hope it follows what I've thought of.
